Yes Inquiry/Comments Terms and Conditions: Conference Regulations Last updated: June 30, 2019 These regulations apply to the CRANIA Conference entitled "Consensus in the Diagnosis and Physiotherapy of Temporomandibular Joints," organized by the Stomatognathic Physiotherapy and Clinic of Dr. Małgorzata Kulesa-Mrowiecka. Purchasing participation in the conference, workshops, or course is tantamount to agreeing to comply with the regulations. Participation is verified using name lists checked at the conference or course reception desk. The purchased participation is valid for the specific event indicated on the invoice. Withdrawal from the service without giving a reason is possible within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. The refund may be issued after cancellation is made online. The payment will be returned after the signed corrective invoice has been received. Filming and photographing the courses or conference requires the express consent of the session leader. The term "Regulations" refers to this set of rules governing access to conferences and courses organized by the Clinic through any website linked to a course or event. The term "Website" refers to any conference or course page administered by the Organizer, such as konferencjaCrania.pl or kursycmd.pl. The term "Organizer" refers to the Stomatognathic Physiotherapy and Clinic of Dr. Małgorzata Kulesa-Mrowiecka, based in Krakow at Basztowa 3, 31-143 Krakow, Poland, tax ID 677 208 55 25. The term "Participant" refers to a person using the Website to purchase access to an event. The "Invoice" is issued by email after payment is made. These regulations define the rules for purchasing participation in events through the Website. Users agree to read the regulations before making a purchase. To register, one must complete the registration form and pay the required fee. The price and seat availability depend on the payment date. Discount eligibility is also determined by the payment date, not the registration date. Access is granted by submitting an order through the Website and making payment via the indicated method. The process involves selecting the desired course, entering personal and billing data, accepting the regulations and data processing terms, and clicking "Register." The submitted order is considered a proposal to enter into an agreement with the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to determine when sales begin and end. The participant will receive an email confirming the order within 10 minutes. It includes instructions for payment. If the required data is not provided, the Organizer may refuse service. According to Article 13 of GDPR, the Organizer is the data controller. Personal data will be processed to enable use of the Website, including purchases. Participants have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of their data. Data will be stored until the end of the event. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Organizer. Complaints can be lodged with the Polish Data Protection Authority. Data may be shared only when legally required or with participant consent. The Organizer ensures appropriate security measures are in place. Payment may be made via the payment gateway or bank transfer. One-time full payment is required. Payment must be made no later than 35 days before the event. Upon payment, an invoice will be emailed. A confirmation email will be sent within approximately 10 minutes. After payment is credited, a final invoice will be issued by the 15th of the following month. Attendance is confirmed by name at the reception desk. Entry is valid from receipt of invoice to the end of the event. The Organizer commits to proper performance of services in accordance with the event description. It is not responsible for content provided by third parties. Announcements are published in press and online. Registration can be made by phone or via the Website. A waitlist may be created if interest exceeds capacity. Detailed conditions for registration and payment are included in a separate section. No qualifications or memberships are required for participation unless otherwise specified. Confirmation is based on registration and payment. Attendees must check in at the reception desk. Materials will be provided at the beginning of the event. Seating is unassigned. Certificates are issued at the end. Refunds are possible in case of cancellation by the Organizer. If the participant cancels at least one month prior to the event, the refund will be issued minus a 200 PLN fee. After that period, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds are not issued if the participant does not attend or if cancellation is made later than 14 days after payment without force majeure justification. Refunds will be processed within 30 days via bank transfer or the participant will be notified by email of rejection. Complaints regarding the Website or sales must be sent to drkulesa@gmail.com. Only participants may file complaints, which must be submitted within 14 days of the issue. Complaints must include full personal data and justification. The Organizer will respond within 14 days, and its decision is final. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect email addresses or for emails lost due to internet issues. The regulations are available on the Website and at the Organizer's office. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Website and event offerings at any time. It may suspend the Website or halt sales temporarily. It is not responsible for damages caused by Website failure or unauthorized data access. For all matters not covered, Polish civil law applies. These regulations take effect on June 30, 2019.
